ContactsLaw is sold on a 5-year concurrent-user licence
basis – ie one licence is required per log-in and includes support
for 5 years.
Licences are non-transferable except in the
case of a practice merger or sale.

Existing customers may buy
additional licences for at the current market rate
prorated the balance of the term of their original
licences.

Overtech can also offer its
customers exclusive business development loans
from Microsoft
Finance. These unsecured “low doc” loans are
well-priced and repayable early without penalty. They
can be used to buy software and related intangibles (eg
training and support) as well as hardware and other
items.
